Community Reminder: Vandalism and Reckless Behavior

Good Morning Trailside Residents,

The Trailside Metro District would like to remind all residents that vandalism, property damage, and reckless behavior will not be tolerated within the community.

Our shared spaces, facilities, landscaping, and infrastructure are maintained for the benefit and enjoyment of all residents. Acts such as damaging property, defacing structures, misuse of amenities, or engaging in unsafe or reckless activities create unnecessary costs, safety concerns, and negatively impact the quality of life in our neighborhood.

Please be advised:

  • Any vandalism or intentional damage may result in repair costs being assessed to the responsible party when identified.
  • Incidents may be reported to local law enforcement when appropriate.
  • We encourage residents to help protect our community by reporting any concerning activity to the Timnath Police Department.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe, respectful, and well-cared-for community for everyone.
