District Pool
The Trailside Metropolitan District Pool is scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend. To ensure access please complete the 2025 required form. A new form is required each year. Please note that all residents must be current on their Metro District fees to use the pool.
The District will be using the same pool key cards as last year. If you have lost your pool key card please reach out to the District at info@trailsidemd.live for a new card, there is a fee of $25. Only one key card is provided for each property. If you are new to the community, you can pick up your pool key card on your first visit to the pool from the lifeguards.
Summer Pool Hours:
The pool will be open daily from 10:30am-8pm
Please be advised that pool hours will adjust beginning the second Monday of August, with shortened schedules. The pool will close on September 1st at 6:00 PM.
Note: Pool hours are subject to change due to weather conditions. The District does not send out notifications when the pools are closed due to inclement weather.
The District will be strictly enforcing the code of conduct. Any violation of the code may result in the termination of your pool access.
