District Pool
Trailside Metropolitan District – 2025 Pool Season Information
The Trailside Metropolitan District Pool is scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend. To ensure access, residents must complete the required 2025 Pool Use Waiver Form. A new form is required each year.
Please Note: All residents must be current on their Metro District fees to access and use the pool.

Pool Key Cards
The District will be using the same pool key cards issued in previous years.
- If you have lost your pool key card, please contact the District at info@trailsidemd.live to request a replacement. A $25 replacement fee will apply.
- One key card is issued per property.
- New residents can pick up their pool key card from the lifeguards during their first visit to the pool.
Summer Pool Hours
- Daily Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Beginning the second Monday in August, the pool schedule will be adjusted to accommodate the end of the summer season.
- The pool will close for the season on September 1st at 6:00 PM.
Note: Pool hours are subject to change due to weather conditions. The District does not provide notifications for weather-related closures.
Lifeguard Requirement and Pool Access Policy
The Trailside Metropolitan District, upon the advice of its legal counsel, has determined that pool access will only be permitted when lifeguards are present. This decision was made to minimize liability for the District.
Unlike HOAs, Metropolitan Districts operate under different legal and liability standards. Therefore, no exceptions will be made to allow unsupervised access.
Pool Conduct and Enforcement
The District will be strictly enforcing the Pool Code of Conduct throughout the season.
Violations may result in the suspension or revocation of pool privileges.
