Trailside Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6

Trailside Metro District offers the Drehle Barn as a rental to the community for residents and non-residents.  The following guidelines must be agreed to upon the rental of the facility:

• The renter must be present at the event.
• A rental fee or deposit is due within 10 days of the reservation.
• The facility may not be rented to anyone under the age of 21.
• The event reservation will be confirmed by email after the agreement and deposit are received.
• District Facilities reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Premises must be vacated by the agreed time.
• Renter will inspect the District Facility before use and report any issues prior to the event setup.
• Weather:  Keep in mind that the District Facility is exposed to the elements, and snow/ice removal might not be complete before the event.  The Rener and Renter's guests should use caution when entering, leaving, and attending the event.
• The renter agrees to no smoking of any kind in or within 100ft of the facility.
• Alcohol is not permitted within District facilities

The barn rental can be reserved up to 60 months in advance.  One rental is accepted per day,  4-hour maximum rental.
