All fences within the District are required to be stained. Most homes are required to use Sherwin Williams Tycoon Brown (SW2209.) If your home is on ISABELLA and backs to the trail, please reach out to the District at info@trailsidemd.live for confirmation of the fence stain color. All fences in the District must be stained by 05/15/2024. Covenant enforcement will start on fences not stained by the deadline.
Trailside Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
