Fence Staining Requirements

Trailside Residents,

This is a friendly reminder that all fences within the District are required to be properly stained and maintained. For most homes, the approved stain color is Sherwin-Williams Tycoon Brown (SW2209).

If your home is located on Isabella and backs to the trail, please contact the District at info@trailsidemd.live to confirm the appropriate fence stain color for your property.
We have recently observed several fences throughout the community that are showing signs of wear, including peeling and fading. To help maintain the overall appearance of the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you take a moment to inspect your fence and complete any necessary re-staining.
