This is a reminder that the following items are required by the District:
Initial landscaping is required to be submitted and approved by the District prior to installation. All homes are required to have a buried sprinkler system installed in the front, side and backyards. All plant material shall be irrigated.
All modifications to the exterior of your home or landscaping must be approved. This includes the addition of a trampoline or pergola to your yard.
All privacy screens must be approved by the District and must follow the District guidelines.
Landscaping must be applied for and installed within 180 days of closing.
All fences must be stained according to the District guidelines.

Trailside Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Trailside Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
