When is my payment due and how am I notified? 
  1. Payments are due at the end of the first month of each quarter
    1. January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st
    2. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.

  2. Statements are mailed or emailed to the contact information listed on your online portal.
