Reminder: Construction Dumpsters Are Not for Resident Use

The Trailside Metro District would like to remind residents that construction dumpsters located throughout the community are designated for contractor use only and are not available for household or personal disposal.
These dumpsters are placed specifically for active construction activities. When used by residents, they can quickly fill, leading to overflow, delays for contractors, and additional costs that ultimately impact the District.
We kindly ask all residents to refrain from placing any personal trash, bulk items, or yard waste in construction dumpsters and to use their regular waste and recycling services instead.
