Reminder: Trailer and RV Storage Requirements
Dear Trailside Residents,
The Trailside Metro District would like to remind residents that trailers, RVs, campers, and similar recreational vehicles must be stored inside a garage or offsite when not actively in use.
These vehicles may be parked onsite for a maximum of 72 hours for purposes such as loading, unloading, or preparing for a trip. They may not remain parked or stored on the property beyond this 72-hour period.
The District will be monitoring for compliance and will be issuing violation notices for trailers and RVs that remain onsite beyond the permitted 72-hour period.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the appearance and standards of the Trailside community. If you have a trailer or RV currently parked onsite, please ensure it is moved within the required timeframe.
