Attention Trailside Residents, I looks like snow is heading towards Colorado! Snow removal services are started after the storm has passed and if there is 2+ inches of snow fall. Trailside on Harmony MD clears common area sidewalks, trails and various private alley. Owners are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk in front of and adjacent to the home within 24 hours per the town code. The Town of Timnath clears snow on the public roads. Please remember the inherent risks associated with winter weather in Colorado. Exercise caution when walking outside during icy or snowy conditions. See attached for map of snow removal areas within the district. Please reach out to info@trailsidemd.net with any questions or concerns.
