Snow Removal
Trailside Residents,
As we head into the winter season, we want to share a friendly reminder about snow removal services within the Trailside Metro District.
Snow removal is a post-storm service, meaning crews begin work once the storm has fully passed. The District initiates service when snowfall reaches 2 inches or more. When this occurs, the Trailside Metro District clears common area sidewalks and trails. You can review the District’s snow removal map at the link below.

Please remember that homeowners are responsible for clearing the sidewalks in front of and adjacent to their homes within 24 hours after the storm ends.
The Town of Timnath is responsible for snow removal on public roads. You may view the Town’s snow removal policy by clicking here.
As always, winter weather can create slippery and challenging conditions. Please use caution when walking outside during icy or snowy periods.

Stay warm and safe this winter!
