Dear Trailside Metro District Homeowners,
As we move into mid-March, we would like to share a few important updates and reminders from the Trailside Metro District.
Second Quarter Assessments
The second-quarter assessment has been adjusted to $290.69 in accordance with the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase. Operations and Maintenance fees are adjusted each February based on CPI, as outlined in the District’s fee resolution. Please click here to view the updated fee resolution.
Online Portal Access
For your convenience, homeowners can make payments through the District’s online portal. If you have not yet registered, we encourage you to sign up through our website to access your account and submit payments easily.
Landscaping and Exterior Maintenance
With spring approaching, this is a great time to review landscaping and exterior maintenance needs around your property. To help maintain the appearance and health of our community, please ensure that your yard is kept in good condition. A few key reminders:
- Water and mow the grass on a regular basis
- Remove weeds from all areas of your property, including tree lawn areas and turf
- Ensure all bare ground is covered with ARC-approved mulch or rock
- Remove and replace any dead plants or trees
Please also remember that all landscape plans must be submitted for approval prior to installation. Landscaping must be applied for and completed within 180 days of closing.
