Spring Updates
Dear Trailside Metro District Homeowners,
As we approach the middle of March, we want to provide you with some important updates and reminders from Trailside Metro District.
Quarter two assessments have increased by the CPI to $283.32. The Operations and Maintenance fees increase each year by the CPI in February. Please click here to view the updated fee resolution.
Online Portal Access: Don't forget to utilize our online portal for convenient access to make payments to the District. If you haven't registered for the online portal yet, you can do so on our website.
Landscaping and Maintenance: As we transition into spring, now is an excellent time to start thinking about landscaping and exterior maintenance. If you have any questions about community guidelines please reach out to our community management team at info@trailsidemd.live. Front and back yards must be kept in good condition. Please make sure you are following the items below regarding landscaping:
* Water and mow grass on a regular basis
* Weeds must be removed from property-including tree lawn areas and grass.
* All bare ground must be covered with ARC approved mulch or rock.
* All dead plants/trees must be removed and replaced.
Design Guidelines Update: At the Board meeting in February the Board of Directors approved a few changes to the Design Guidelines. Please click here to review the new guidelines.
Please remember that all landscape plans must be submitted prior to installation. All landscaping must be applied for and installed within 180 days of closing.
