With weekly landscape services now underway, we want to keep residents informed about routine maintenance activities.

Our landscaping crew is scheduled to be on-site weekly. During these visits, spot spraying for weeds will likely occur each day as part of ongoing maintenance.

Important details:

• Applications are targeted (spot spraying only)—not broad or widespread.
• Notification flags will be placed in treated areas.
• Once the application has dried (approximately 30 minutes), the area is considered safe for people and pets.
